Well, I suppose I meant reconciliation as in getting back together into a dating relationship. I've had past break ups where the person does come back and we are no longer romantic but a friendship or some other type of resolution does happen. I am not so sure about the dating then re-dating concept. I suppose if you end on good terms early enough, and if the timing is better or people get a fresh perspective, then *maybe* I could see it happening. Who knows!

I find the concept of the back and forth between a couple odd as well. But after a recent experience of meeting up with someone from my rocky relationship past I realized that sometimes they do come back for a reason not necessarily forever. As I sat across this person that I had grown very close to at a point in my life I was filled with the thought of what was I thinking??? What was I thinking when I dated them and why had we crossed paths again? I realized it was to find peace with the disaster that was our break up. I think he might find a place back into my life but as the friend he was always meant to be and not a dude to date.
